Orland Park, IL – The Village of Orland Park Public Works Department is asking residents to help name two of the village’s snowplows. From September 23 through October 11, locals can submit their suggestions online for the village’s two largest plow trucks.
According to the Village of Orland Park, the top ten submissions will be selected by the Village Board and announced on October 21. Residents will vote on their favorites from October 21 through November 8. The winning names will be revealed on November 13 through social media.
Residents are encouraged to participate by visiting the village’s website to submit their ideas. The contest promises a fun, creative way for the community to get involved ahead of the winter season.
