Washington County, IN – Two Scottsburg residents were arrested Wednesday following a drug investigation by the Sellersburg Post All Crimes Policing (ACP) squad.
Stephen G. Cole, 61, and Tina Albertson, 57, face multiple felony charges after officers executed a search warrant at a Smith Road residence in eastern Washington County. Police reportedly seized methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a firearm, and cash during the search.
The investigation began in August when Trooper Kyle Taylor received information about suspected drug activity. A search warrant was obtained, and the ACP squad executed it on Wednesday.
Both Cole and Albertson were charged with dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, marijuana cultivation, and possession of paraphernalia. Albertson also faces a charge for possessing a syringe. They were taken to the Washington County Jail without incident.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
