Indianapolis, IN – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) is asking for the public’s help in locating 59-year-old John Carter, who was reported missing on Monday. Carter was last seen on September 4 in the 1800 block of North Pennsylvania St. He was driving a white 2017 Ford Flex with an Indiana license plate.
Carter is described as 5’8”, weighing 158 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes. Police urge anyone who may have seen him or his vehicle to call 911 immediately.
According to the IMPD, citizens with information on Carter’s whereabouts can also contact the Missing Persons Unit at 317-327-6160 or submit anonymous tips through Crime Stoppers at 317-262-8477 (TIPS). Anonymous tips can also be submitted via the mobile P3Tips app or online at www.CrimeTips.org.
