Eldorado, WI – Emergency crews responded to a structure fire Wednesday afternoon at Generation Lanes in the Town of Eldorado, prompting a multi-agency response but resulting in no reported injuries.
According to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, the incident was reported around 4:28 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, after a passerby called 911 to report smoke and flames coming from the south side of the building, located along County Highway C.
Authorities say deputies and fire crews from Eldorado and surrounding departments arrived to find active flames near the kitchen and gas meter area. Due to the intensity of the fire, additional resources were requested to assist at the scene.
Officials confirmed that a bartender and three patrons were able to safely evacuate the building before crews arrived. No injuries were reported among civilians or first responders.
Firefighters were able to bring the blaze under control, limiting the damage primarily to the south side of the structure, including parts of the kitchen and roof. Much of the building’s interior and exterior remained intact.
Multiple agencies assisted in the response, including area fire departments, ambulance services, and utility crews.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
