A burst of heavy snow lasting 2 to 3 hours is anticipated in the evening, with snowfall rates reaching up to 1 inch per hour, followed by lighter snow overnight.
The advisory covers key areas, including Milwaukee, Madison, Waukesha, Kenosha, Racine, Fond du Lac, and Janesville. Slippery road conditions are likely, potentially affecting the Friday evening commute. Drivers are urged to slow down and use caution on the roads.
