St. Louis, MO – A 29-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a two-year retail theft spree that allegedly resulted in thousands of dollars in stolen goods. Detectives linked the man to thefts dating back to 2022. Following their investigation, the Circuit Attorney’s Office charged him with eight counts of felony theft.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, the suspect targeted various retail stores, stealing items like video games, trading cards, Bluetooth speakers, and Xbox controllers. The cumulative value of the stolen goods is believed to be substantial.
The man remains in custody without bond, pending further legal proceedings. The retail store involved has cooperated closely with law enforcement, aiding in the identification of the stolen items. Police are continuing their investigation to determine if the suspect is linked to other unsolved thefts in the region.
