Peotone, IL – Residents in Peotone are preparing for the Village’s annual Community Garage Sale, scheduled to take place on Friday and Saturday, June 13 and 14, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. across town.
According to a post shared by the Village of Peotone, locals interested in participating must submit a registration form by Tuesday, June 4, to be included on the official garage sale map and participation list. The registration requires a $5 fee and can be submitted in person to Village Hall, located at 208 E. Main Street.
Permits are not required to host a sale; however, participants must adhere to the established Village Garage Sale Rules. The finalized map and participation list will be available to the public on Monday, June 9, both at Village Hall and on the Village’s Facebook page and website.
Residents must complete a form including their name, address of the sale, contact information, and sale dates. Forms are accessible at Village Hall or online at www.villageofpeotone.com. The community event is expected to draw visitors from nearby towns and provide locals with an opportunity to connect, declutter, and support neighborhood engagement.
