Nighttime Roadwork to Impact Main Street in Schererville, IN From September 17 to October 4

Schererville, IN – Roadwork on Main Street between Woodhollow Drive and Kennedy Avenue will begin Tuesday, September 17, and continue through Friday, October 4. This project includes concrete repairs, road milling, and road resurfacing in both Schererville and Highland.

According to Schererville’s Public Works Department, most work will take place overnight from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., although some daytime concrete repairs may occur. This project is weather-dependent and aims to replace the current asphalt surface with fresh concrete.

Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes during this period to avoid potential delays.
