New York, NY – A nationwide search ended on September 5 when U.S. Marshals arrested a Missouri man in Queens for a January bus station stabbing. David L. Bostic, 47, of Bellevue, Washington, was taken into custody for allegedly assaulting an 18-year-old at a Duenweg, Missouri, bus stop.
According to the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, Bostic has been charged with first-degree assault after being identified as the suspect in July. The stabbing occurred on January 11, and the victim, from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, suffered severe neck injuries but later recovered.
Bostic, with known ties to multiple states, is considered dangerous due to his violent history. Authorities had issued a warrant for his arrest before locating him in New York. He is now awaiting extradition to Missouri.
