ST. ANNE, IL – A shocking stabbing incident unfolded in rural St. Anne early Sunday morning, sending shockwaves through the serene community. The victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, was airlifted to a Chicago hospital for urgent treatment.
According to Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police reports, it happened around 1 a.m. Sunday morning. Officers are investigating the incident, with no charges or identity of the victim released.
Law enforcement along with county detectives are continuing to investigate the case.
