Joliet, IL — The 17th Annual Tow Trucks for Tots parade will bring holiday cheer and charitable giving to Joliet on Sunday, November 10. This popular event, organized by the towing community and its partners, gathers toys for children in need during the holiday season.
The event kicks off at Hollywood Casino in Joliet, with lineup starting at 6 a.m. The parade departs at 9 a.m., traveling to the Route 66 Raceway, where it’s expected to arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 a.m. Community members are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys for donation. Current shortages include items for ages 0-4 and 12-18.
To ensure safety, Tow Trucks for Tots asks that donated toys exclude weapons, stuffed items, or those containing lead-based paint. All contributions, including toys and monetary donations, will benefit various local charities dedicated to supporting children in need.
