Watseka, IL — The Iroquois County Historical Society’s Harvest Daze will be held Oct. 5-6, 2024, on the grounds of the Old Courthouse Museum in Watseka. The event will kick off with a fish fry on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m., followed by a full day of activities on Saturday.
According to event organizers, Saturday will begin with the flag-raising at 9 a.m. by the Watseka American Legion Post 23. Throughout the weekend, guests can explore up to 60 vendor booths offering art, crafts, baked goods, and produce. The 18th Annual Car Show will also take place on the south side of the museum grounds.
Sunday’s activities include a kiddie tractor pull, starting with a weigh-in at 12:30 p.m. Food vendors and live music will also be available both days. Visitors can enjoy pumpkin decorating, a silent auction, and much more.
A bake sale will run both days in the Victorian Room. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Old Courthouse Museum. For more details, visit iroquoishistory.org.
