Indiana Authorities Seek Public Help in Overpass Vandalism Investigation

Johnson County, IN – The Johnson County Sheriff’s Department is investigating multiple incidents of reckless vandalism near local overpasses. Reports indicate that items have been thrown at vehicles in the areas of 250 South and I-65, as well as Greensburg Road and I-65.

Sheriff Duane Burgess has called for public assistance to identify those involved, emphasizing the threat these actions pose to motorists. “This reckless and dangerous behavior has now occurred twice in a few days,” Burgess said. “We are committed to ensuring these acts do not continue.”

Authorities are urging anyone with knowledge of these incidents to come forward. They are working to ensure public safety and prevent further damage or harm.
