Kansas City, MO – Above-normal temperatures will continue in Kansas City through Thursday, as cloud coverage increases across the region. The remnants of Hurricane Francine are causing these weather changes, bringing slightly cooler conditions. Thursday will remain partly cloudy with highs ranging from 84 to 87 degrees.

According to the National Weather Service, Friday will see a slight cool-off, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures ranging from 71 to 81 degrees. Precipitation is unlikely, but areas east of Kansas City may see some light rain. The weekend forecast calls for warmer temperatures again, with Saturday and Sunday reaching highs between 78 and 87 degrees.

Sunday could bring a few clouds, but Monday will be mostly sunny. Residents can expect warm, pleasant weather to start next week, with highs continuing in the mid-80s. This weekend’s conditions are ideal for outdoor plans, though it’s advised to keep an eye on potential cloud cover. The cooler weather on Friday provides a brief respite before temperatures climb again.
