Harford County, MD – Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a 63-year-old Edgewood woman who was reported missing after leaving her home with her dog.
According to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, Christine Sorenson, 63, was last seen leaving her residence in the 300 block of Flying Point Road in Edgewood.
Family members told investigators Sorenson left with her brown and white Boston Terrier named Hershey and has not returned. They said her disappearance is unusual behavior, prompting concern for her well-being.
According to the sheriff’s office, Sorenson has dark hair and was last seen wearing the clothing shown in the released photograph, without the hat pictured.
Deputies are asking anyone who may have seen Sorenson or Hershey, or who has information about her whereabouts, to contact the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Southern Precinct at 410-612-1717.
Officials have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance, and the investigation remains ongoing.
