Winnipeg, MB – A 45-year-old Winnipeg man has been arrested after police seized several anatomically detailed dolls resembling young children. The arrest follows a months-long investigation led by the Winnipeg Police Service’s Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit.

Canadian Border Services intercepted a suspicious package bound for Winnipeg in August. It contained a sex doll resembling a pre-pubescent child. Winnipeg police were alerted, and an investigation was launched.

According to police, Jonathan Paul Sirski allegedly ordered several similar items between October 2023 and August 2024. A search warrant was executed on September 4 at his Fort Richmond home. Police seized approximately 20 dolls, ranging from newborn to early teens. Some of the dolls were physically altered.

Sirski faces multiple charges, including possession and distribution of child pornography. He remains in police custody. Winnipeg police encourage anyone with information on child exploitation to report through their tip lines or online resources.
