Arkansas State Police Seize Over 200 Pounds of Marijuana in Conway County Stops

Blackwell, AR – Arkansas State Police (ASP) confiscated over 200 pounds of marijuana during two separate Conway County traffic stops on Interstate 40.

The first incident occurred Saturday when troopers stopped a rented 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee near the 101-mile marker. They reportedly found 119 pounds of vacuum-sealed marijuana in various areas of the vehicle. Troopers arrested Willie Revish IV, 27, of Petersburg, Va., and Amber Murphey, 29, of Chester, Va.

According to authorities, Revish faces felony charges of possession with intent to deliver and drug paraphernalia possession. Murphey was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.

The second stop happened Friday when troopers pulled over a black Chevrolet Malibu at the same mile marker. Officers discovered 120 pounds of marijuana hidden in plastic bags.

Police arrested Davian Blair, 31, of Oklahoma City, who allegedly transported the drugs from Oklahoma City to Pine Bluff. Blair faces felony possession charges with intent to deliver.

Both cases are under investigation by ASP.
