St. Clair County, Michigan Drug Task Force Arrests Three in Ongoing Investigations This Week

St. Clair County, MI – Three individuals were taken into custody following a series of drug investigations conducted by the St. Clair County Drug Task Force, authorities said.

According to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office, the arrests occurred last week as investigators wrapped up ongoing cases involving suspected narcotics activity. Officials said search warrants and traffic stops allegedly led to the seizure of psilocybin mushrooms, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and materials believed to be used in the sale and distribution of controlled substances.

Authorities reported that Antwoine Brown, 39, was allegedly arraigned in 72nd District Court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with a double penalty. Bond was set at $25,000 cash/surety.

Jonathan Fiks, 29, was also allegedly arraigned in 72nd District Court. He faces multiple felony charges, including possession with intent to deliver a Schedule 1, 2, or 3 drug and maintaining a drug house. His bond was set at $25,000 cash/surety, according to officials.

A third suspect, Harry Moak, 46, was allegedly arraigned on similar charges, including possession with intent to deliver a Schedule 1, 2, or 3 drug, maintaining a drug house, and resisting and obstructing. Authorities said his bond was set at $10,000 cash/surety.

The sheriff’s office stated that the investigations remain ongoing and additional charges or arrests could be possible. Officials continue to urge residents to report suspicious activity as part of broader efforts to combat illegal drug distribution in the region.
