According to the NWS in Charleston, the tornado watch covers Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, and Dorchester counties, including cities such as North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, and Walterboro. Coastal areas, including Charleston Harbor and waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach, are also included in the watch.
