Clarion, PA – Pennsylvania State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing endangered man who has not been seen by family members for nearly a year.

According to Pennsylvania State Police Troop C in Clarion, troopers are attempting to locate 46-year-old Ryan Shawn Culver. Authorities said Culver was last known to be in contact with others on February 10, 2026, but family members have not physically seen him since July 2025.
