According to the National Weather Service, a passing cold front will push today’s highs near 80°F down to a cooler 67°F on Tuesday. Winds will continue throughout the week, with gusts reaching up to 28 mph on Tuesday afternoon. Travelers along Highway 41 and Route 172 should exercise caution, especially during the peak wind periods.

By Wednesday, temperatures will stabilize in the low 70s, with sunny skies dominating the extended forecast. The cooler conditions will linger into the weekend, with highs reaching the upper 60s by Friday. Residents should prepare for clear, sunny skies but keep an eye on strong wind advisories, especially if driving or engaging in outdoor activities.
