Dubuque, IA – A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from midnight Friday through noon Saturday for portions of eastern and northeastern Iowa, including cities such as Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, and Clinton. The National Weather Service warns of mixed precipitation that could create hazardous travel conditions.

Ice accumulations are expected to range between one-tenth and two-tenths of an inch, leading to potentially slippery roads. The advisory affects Buchanan, Delaware, Benton, Linn, Jones, Jackson, and Clinton counties.
