Kansas City, MO – The National Weather Service in Kansas City reports that today and tomorrow will be calm, with temperatures decreasing compared to earlier in the week.

According to the NWS, Wednesday will feature fair weather with morning lows ranging from the upper 50s to low 60s and afternoon highs reaching the mid to upper 80s. Cooler morning temperatures are expected.

Thursday brings a slight chance (10-20%) of early morning storms. Morning lows will be in the mid to upper 60s, with afternoon highs again in the mid to upper 80s.

Friday continues the cooling trend, with morning lows dipping to the low to mid 60s and afternoon highs only reaching the upper 70s to low 80s. There is a slight chance (10-20%) of early morning storms.

Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday’s forecast includes sunny skies with highs in the low 80s and lows in the upper 50s. Sunday sees similar conditions with highs in the low 80s and lows in the low 60s.

Early next week, temperatures will remain mild, continuing the cooling trend observed throughout the week.
