Paducah, KY – Clear skies and cool temperatures will start Sunday across Paducah, with a high near 77 degrees. However, residents should prepare for a significant rise in temperatures as the week progresses.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Paducah, the region will see a warming trend beginning Monday. The high is expected to reach 83 degrees, with lows in the 50s. Tuesday and Wednesday will bring the hottest days, with temperatures nearing 90 degrees. The clear and dry conditions will continue into midweek, as humidity levels remain low.

A tropical system could arrive by Friday, bringing much-needed rain. The chance of precipitation will increase, with rain percentages climbing up to 55% into Friday. This rain could help mitigate the dry stretch expected early in the week, offering relief to the area’s parched conditions.

For those planning outdoor activities, it’s essential to stay hydrated and avoid overexposure to the heat.
