Winchester, VA – Authorities are searching for a missing teenage girl last seen late Monday night in the city’s northwestern region.
According to the Virginia State Police, a CODI Alert was issued Tuesday on behalf of the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office for 15-year-old Paige Elizabeth Littman, who was last seen around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, May 26, in the 100 block of Ward Avenue in Winchester.
Littman is described as a white female with strawberry blond hair and hazel eyes, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 98 pounds. She was reportedly wearing unknown clothing at the time of her disappearance. Investigators say she may have left the location on foot or in a vehicle.
The sheriff’s office considers the situation to pose a credible threat to Littman’s health and safety, prompting the alert. CODI Alerts in Virginia are issued when a child is believed to be missing and at risk but does not meet the criteria for an AMBER Alert.
Law enforcement is urging the public to be on alert and immediately report any sightings or information regarding her whereabouts.
