Two Texas Students in Custody Over Online School Threats, Investigation Ongoing

Montgomery County, TX – Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a criminal case involving online threats made by two students. Authorities are treating this matter with urgency, emphasizing that threats of violence in schools will not be tolerated.

Investigators confirmed that one suspect is a Willis High School student currently in custody on unrelated charges. The second suspect, a juvenile from Spring Branch ISD, remains in custody in Harris County. Authorities believe the suspects planned violent acts at a Spring Branch ISD school.

Officials have implemented additional security measures to protect students, parents, and staff. Law enforcement continues working closely with school officials to ensure safety.
