Memphis, TN – Residents are bracing for a week of cold temperatures as the region remains under a winter chill advisory.

According to the National Weather Service in Memphis, wind chills on Monday morning dipped into the teens, with “feels-like” temperatures as low as 15°F. Highs will climb only to 34°F on Monday, with blustery northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph.

The cold continues Tuesday with partly sunny skies and highs near 34°F, dropping to a low of 25°F overnight. Wednesday will be slightly warmer, reaching 32°F under sunny skies. Temperatures improve marginally Thursday, hitting 36°F, though clouds return and snow showers are possible Thursday night.
