Huntsville, AL – Rain and thunderstorms are set to impact the Tennessee Valley midweek, with temperatures forecasted to cool down afterward. The National Weather Service in Huntsville expects showers to arrive late Wednesday and continue into Thursday, bringing a drop in temperatures closer to seasonal averages.

According to the weather service, highs on Wednesday and Thursday will reach the low to mid-60s, with lows ranging from the upper 40s to low 50s. By Friday and Saturday, the Tennessee Valley will experience drier, sunnier conditions, with daytime highs in the low to mid-60s and nighttime lows dropping to around 40 degrees.

The cooler weather is expected to last through the weekend, providing relief from the recent unseasonable warmth. Residents are advised to prepare for potentially wet conditions and to plan accordingly, as scattered storms could affect outdoor activities and travel.

For real-time updates, the National Weather Service encourages Tennessee Valley residents to monitor local alerts and advisories. A return to typical November weather patterns is likely as the week progresses.
