According to the Scott County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened around 10:37 a.m. on November 30, 2025, when a county-owned 2023 John Deere 772G motor grader and a 2010 Ford F250 pickup truck, both equipped with snowplow attachments, collided on a paved county roadway.
Investigators said the motor grader, driven by a 53-year-old Davenport man, was traveling southbound on the 17900 block of 110th Avenue and attempting to back and turn west onto 180th Street. At the same time, the F250, operated by a 50-year-old Donahue man, was plowing snow from a nearby private driveway when the two vehicles struck each other.
No injuries were reported, and both drivers remained at the scene. The Scott County Sheriff’s Office Accident Investigation Unit continues to examine the circumstances of the crash.
