According to police, Humphries was shot and killed on March 12, 2025, at a residence located at 531 Madawaska Road in Palmyra.
Quattlebaum was transported to NYPD Central Booking and will be held at Rikers Island pending an extradition hearing to Maine, authorities said.
The Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit Central worked alongside the FBI Safe Streets Task Force in Maine and New York to investigate the case.
