Northern Indiana Weather: Weekend Sunshine and Scattered Storms

Fort Wayne, IN – Northern Indiana can anticipate sunny skies today and Saturday as a warming trend continues through the weekend. Highs are expected to range from 78 to 81 degrees today, with slightly warmer temperatures between 81 and 86 degrees on Saturday.

According to the US National Weather Service Northern Indiana, the region will see isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms on Sunday, particularly in the northern parts of the state. Sunday’s highs are projected to be between 83 and 90 degrees, with an increase in cloud cover.

Early next week, the weather pattern will shift, bringing additional chances of storms. Monday’s forecast includes a 55% chance of rain with temperatures reaching up to 83 degrees. Tuesday will follow with a 45% chance of precipitation and highs around 86 degrees.

The weather will stabilize midweek, with sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 80s on Wednesday and Thursday. By Friday and Saturday, residents can expect partly cloudy conditions and highs approaching 89 degrees.
