Lake George, NY – An armed robbery occurred Friday evening at the Extra Mart Mobil Gas Station on State Route 9N.
New York State Police responded around 9:07 p.m. after two victims reported being approached by a man during a gas stop. The suspect, dressed in a black hoodie with white lettering, black pants, white shoes, and a ski mask, allegedly displayed what appeared to be a handgun tucked in his waistband.
According to troopers, the man demanded the victims’ purses and fled east on foot along State Route 9N after taking the items. No injuries were reported.
