Albany, NY – A freeze warning is in effect for parts of the Albany area, including Litchfield, Dutchess, and Ulster counties, from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. Thursday. The National Weather Service expects temperatures to dip as low as 29°F.
Residents are advised to protect outdoor plants and plumbing as sub-freezing temperatures could cause significant damage. Frost will form across much of the region, particularly impacting northern and rural communities.
