Omaha, Nebraska – Mild spring temperatures will dominate Nebraska’s weather this week, but light rain could dampen plans between Tuesday night and Thursday.
According to the National Weather Service Omaha/Valley, clouds will increase Tuesday with scattered showers expected by late evening. Rain chances range from 30–50% on Wednesday and taper to 20–35% by Thursday, with total rainfall generally less than one-tenth of an inch.
Highs will stay comfortable throughout the week—ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s across Omaha, Lincoln, and Norfolk. Overnight lows will dip into the upper 40s to mid-50s. Despite the rain potential, no severe weather or heavy accumulation is expected.
Roads and travel should remain unaffected, but drivers may want to use headlights during early morning or evening showers. Gardeners and outdoor workers should take advantage of the dry Monday and Friday windows.
The week wraps up with mostly sunny skies and warming temperatures into the weekend. No weather alerts are currently in effect, but updates could follow if rainfall increases.
