Minnesota Weather Forecast: Thunderstorms and Rain Expected Throughout the Week

Minneapolis, MN – Minnesota residents should prepare for a wet and stormy week, with showers and thunderstorms expected almost every day. According to the US National Weather Service Twin Cities, rain and storms will begin overnight and linger into Tuesday morning, with additional storms possible Tuesday afternoon, especially east of I-35 and south of I-94.

Wednesday is expected to be a brief respite from the stormy weather, offering warm and quiet conditions with daytime sun and building clouds, perfect for outdoor activities. Highs are forecasted to be between 80-85 degrees.

The stormy weather is set to return on Thursday, with rain and possible thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. Highs will range from 75-80 degrees. Friday will see lingering showers with skies clearing late, bringing cooler temperatures with highs of 70-75 degrees.
