Louisiana Police Seek Family of Bicyclist Killed in Marrero Crash

Marrero, LA – Louisiana State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating the family of Lan Si Ho, a 64-year-old bicyclist from Marrero who was killed in a crash on October 31. Authorities have identified Ho but have not been able to locate any next of kin.

According to Louisiana State Police Troop B, the crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. on LA 45, when a 2015 Ford F-250 driven by Mark Allen Sicuro, 34, allegedly struck Ho while attempting to pass him. Sicuro was subsequently arrested and charged with negligent homicide and other traffic violations. Anyone with information about Ho’s relatives is encouraged to contact Troop B at (504) 471-2775.
