Scott County, IN – Two Ohio men suspected of an armed robbery in Kentucky were arrested Wednesday night after a high-speed, multi-county pursuit through Indiana.

Just before 10:40 p.m., the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office notified Indiana State Police that two men, believed to be the suspects, were spotted driving a stolen Ford F-150 in the Henryville area. Minutes later, police located the vehicle near a Wendy’s in Scottsburg, Indiana. The suspects spotted the officers and attempted to flee, initiating a chase through Scott, Jefferson, and Jennings counties at speeds reaching 100 mph.

Indiana State Police officers used a Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT) maneuver along State Road 3, forcing the truck off the road. Daniel York, 45, attempted to flee on foot but was quickly detained, while Everett Kline, 62, was arrested without incident.

The suspects were taken to the Jefferson County jail after medical evaluations. Both men were wanted on multiple warrants across Indiana and Ohio. York faces several charges, including resisting law enforcement and possession of a stolen vehicle. Kline also faces charges related to stolen property and vehicle theft.

Indiana authorities are continuing the investigation.
