Indiana Spring Weather ALERT: Fort Wayne Faces Patchy Fog, Rain Monday and Tuesday Before Dry Stretch Begins

Fort Wayne, IN – Rain and patchy fog will kick off the week in Fort Wayne, but clearer skies and warming temperatures are on the horizon starting Wednesday.

According to the National Weather Service in Northern Indiana, light rain and fog are likely Monday morning, especially before 10 a.m., with an increasing 60% chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 2 p.m. Highs will reach around 63°F under cloudy skies, and new rainfall amounts may total up to a half-inch.

More rain is expected Monday night, with a continued 60% chance of showers, then tapering off by early Tuesday. Tuesday will stay mostly cloudy, with a 50% chance of rain early before dry conditions arrive Tuesday evening.

Skies begin clearing midweek with sunshine and highs near 73°F by Wednesday, marking the beginning of a drier and much more seasonable pattern.
