Vincennes, IN – A statewide Silver Alert has been issued following the disappearance of a 54-year-old woman from southwestern Indiana.
According to the Vincennes Police Department, Taunja Blackburn was last seen around 5:00 p.m. Monday in Vincennes, roughly 120 miles southwest of Indianapolis. Officials say Blackburn may be in extreme danger and could require medical assistance.
Blackburn is described as a white female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. No clothing description was immediately available.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact the Vincennes Police Department at 812-882-1630 or dial 911.
