SEABROOK, N.H. – A high-speed police pursuit Sunday night ended with a crash at Route 1 and Route 107.

State Troopers began pursuing a 2020 Hyundai Accent at 10:36 p.m. on Interstate 95 North after it was clocked traveling over 100 mph. The vehicle, driven by Jordan Metherall, 31, of Rochester, had earlier fled Massachusetts State Police for the same offense.

Metherall exited I-95 at Seabrook’s Exit 1, leading police through secondary roads before crashing into a 2012 Buick LaCrosse. The Buick’s driver was uninjured, but a female passenger in Metherall’s car sustained serious injuries.

After the collision, Metherall attempted to flee on foot but was quickly apprehended by State Troopers and Seabrook police officers. He now faces several felony charges, including reckless conduct and disobeying an officer.

Route 107 was closed for 90 minutes during the investigation and vehicle removal. Authorities urge anyone with relevant information to contact Trooper Cameron Vetter at Cameron.S.Vetter@dos.nh.gov.
