St. Louis, MO — Residents can expect cooler temperatures Friday due to Hurricane Francine’s remnants, with highs dropping to 70–75°F. However, this relief will be brief, as temperatures begin rising by Saturday and continue to climb into the early week.

According to the National Weather Service, clouds and rain will persist through Friday, with a 50–80% chance of showers. Saturday will see intermittent storms and warmer temperatures ranging from 77°F to 82°F. By Monday, highs could reach 85°F as the area dries out with less than a 30% chance of rain.

Those planning outdoor activities should prepare for possible downpours, especially on Friday and Saturday. Keep an eye on localized weather forecasts for sudden thunderstorms. Rain is expected to lessen by Sunday, but temperatures will quickly rebound, bringing warmer and drier conditions through Monday.
