According to the National Weather Service, Thursday’s high will reach 42°F, with widespread fog and drizzle continuing throughout the day. Visibility may drop below one mile in some locations, making travel challenging. Residents are urged to use caution during their morning and evening commutes and allow extra travel time.
Drizzle and fog will persist into Friday, with rain showers likely after 1 p.m. Temperatures will climb to 46°F by late Friday evening, reducing the risk of ice. Winds will remain light, coming from the southeast at 5-10 mph.
Looking ahead, Saturday will bring widespread rain in the morning, tapering off by the afternoon with a high of 52°F. Sunday will be cooler, with highs near 46°F and a chance of scattered showers. By Monday, mostly cloudy skies will return, with temperatures holding steady near 44°F.
