Miami, Florida – Warm weather will continue to dominate South Florida on Tuesday, with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 80s along the coast and even into the low 90s inland. While the day will begin with plenty of sunshine, residents can expect the possibility of late-day thunderstorms, especially around the Lake Okeechobee region.

According to the National Weather Service, Miami will experience highs of 87°F, with Fort Lauderdale at 86°F, West Palm Beach also hitting 87°F, and Naples reaching 88°F. Winds will be light, coming from the south, contributing to the warm and sunny conditions throughout the day.

However, the warm temperatures will be accompanied by a few late-day thunderstorms, particularly near Lake Okeechobee. These storms could bring brief heavy rain and gusty winds, so drivers and residents in these areas are urged to stay prepared for rapidly changing conditions.

Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and avoid outdoor activities if thunderstorms develop. The warm, sunny weather is expected to persist through the evening, but conditions may change quickly in storm-prone areas. Stay tuned for further updates.
