Orlando, FL – A dense fog advisory remains in effect for central Florida until 9 a.m. Monday, creating dangerous driving conditions across the region. Visibility is expected to drop below a quarter mile, making morning commutes hazardous.

According to the National Weather Service, the advisory covers multiple counties, including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Brevard. Drivers are urged to slow down, use low-beam headlights, and increase their following distance.

After the fog lifts, Monday will bring partly sunny skies and a high of 80°F. Overnight, temperatures will drop to 64°F with patchy fog returning. Tuesday morning may see additional fog before clearing to mostly sunny skies with highs near 82°F.

The extended forecast shows warming trends, with highs reaching the low 80s through Thursday. Mostly sunny conditions will dominate midweek, followed by clear nights with lows in the low 60s.

Rip current risks remain moderate at Florida’s Atlantic beaches, and officials urge swimmers to stay near lifeguards. Motorists should remain cautious through Tuesday morning as patchy fog could persist.
