Family, Child Threatened in Fitchburg Road Rage Incident

Fitchburg, WI – An 18-year-old man was arrested following a road rage incident involving a firearm on Fish Hatchery Road.

According to the Fitchburg Police Department, the incident occurred Thursday around 6:30 p.m. The suspect, Hector Hernandez Williams, allegedly pointed a firearm at another vehicle occupied by a man, his significant other, and their young child at a stoplight. Officers located the unoccupied suspect vehicle nearby and later apprehended Williams as he tried to return to it. Williams was still armed at the time of his arrest.

Williams faces multiple charges, including intentionally pointing a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, and a probation violation.
