Roselle, IL – A small aircraft crash took place Wednesday morning at Irving Park Road and Williams Street in Roselle. The accident, which occurred around 11 a.m., caused road closures between Rodenburg Road and Roselle Road.
According to a press release from the Village of Roselle, Roselle police and fire departments responded to the scene. The two occupants of the plane were treated on-site by Roselle Fire Department paramedics and were released. Authorities did not report any serious injuries.
Irving Park Road is expected to remain closed for several hours. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes to avoid delays.
