According to the US National Weather Service in Chicago, today’s high temperatures will range from 80 to 85 degrees, with lows between 67 and 70 degrees. Cooler temperatures are expected near Lake Michigan, providing some relief from the heat.
Saturday will bring sunny skies and warmer conditions, especially away from Lake Michigan, with highs between 85 and 89 degrees and lows from 63 to 69 degrees. Sunday’s forecast shows partly cloudy skies with highs of 86 to 90 degrees and lows between 67 and 72 degrees.
The start of the workweek on Monday will see cooler conditions again near Lake Michigan, with highs from 82 to 89 degrees and lows of 64 to 70 degrees. Tuesday will be the warmest day of the forecast period, particularly south of I-80, with highs ranging from 76 to 88 degrees and lows between 58 and 64 degrees.
