Chicago Area School Burglarized of Nearly $30K in Apple Products

OAK PARK, IL – A Chicago area school has fallen victim to a daring burglary, resulting in the loss of nearly $30,000 worth of Apple products. 

The incident occurred at Oak Park and River Forest High School, located in the 200 block of N. Scoville. The perpetrators made their move between July 27th and July 31st, taking advantage of an unlocked window to gain entry.

Once inside the school premises, the burglars specifically targeted the technology department, making off with a total of 16 Apple iMac computers. The estimated value of the stolen items is a staggering $28,454.00.

Local authorities are actively investigating the crime and appealing to the community for any relevant information that may lead to the apprehension of the offenders.

As the investigation continues, the school and law enforcement are seeking support from the public to help recover the stolen equipment and bring those responsible to justice.
