Today, much of central Indiana will remain dry, but isolated afternoon thunderstorms are possible. Temperatures are expected to range from 82 to 86 degrees. According to the US National Weather Service in Indianapolis, a better chance for rain and storms will arrive on Wednesday afternoon and evening as a front moves into the area.

On Wednesday, scattered thunderstorms are forecasted, with temperatures between 64 and 86 degrees. The weather service indicates that these storms will persist into the evening, potentially affecting commutes and outdoor activities.

Thursday will see scattered storms primarily in the southern portions of central Indiana. Temperatures will remain consistent, ranging from 80 to 86 degrees during the day and dipping to 61 to 69 degrees at night.

Looking ahead to the weekend, Friday is expected to be partly sunny with a high near 83 degrees. The weekend will bring mostly clear skies and moderate temperatures, with highs around 85 degrees on Saturday and 84 degrees on Sunday.

The ten-day forecast suggests a return to drier conditions next week, with temperatures steadily climbing into the upper 80s and even reaching 90 degrees by Tuesday and Wednesday. Residents are advised to stay updated with local weather reports and prepare for potential weather changes.
