Channahon, IL – A high-risk search warrant in Channahon led to the discovery of an explosive device and bomb-making materials early Tuesday morning. Police detained Bill Fossett, 37, without incident at his residence on the 22600 block of Deal Avenue.
At approximately 5:30 a.m., Channahon Police, with support from the Illinois State Police Tactical Response Team (TRT) SWAT, executed the search as part of an ongoing firearms investigation.
